This WATER FRONT lot is on the east side of Bottle Bay on Lake Pend Oreille. The lot has approx. 280 feet of shore line and is zoned recreational. The majority of this property is under water WHEN Lake Pend Oreille is raised to a preset level during the summer months. The property borders the East Bottle Bay road and extends 178'into the Bay on the south end and 81' into the Bay on the north end. When the water is down
