THIS HOME IS READY TO MOVE INTO...The home was completely remodeled inside and out in 1999. The furnace, A/C, drywall, baseboards, electric, plumbing, vinyl siding, seamless gutters, insulated tilt-in windows and roof were all replaced at that time. The inside was also completely remodeled with all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, bathroom medicine cabinet, vanity, tub/shower, and stool. All of the flooring was replaced as well, with carpet and vinyl. The landscaping and concrete followed shortly after the garage was built in 2001.
The garage is 26' x 24' !!!! It has two insulated garage doors. The 2nd garage door is a 9' x 7' on the back of the garage with a large rock area for parking a traier, bike, boat, waverunner, lawn equipment, etc. The garage has shelving and a workbench and still plenty of room for two cars and lots of other goodies. There is still plenty of flat, easy to mow yard, too. Enough space for gardening, playing frisbee or volleyball, and even build a deck or a pool. We will leave the washer and dryer, the stove, dishwasher and a refrigerator. The home will also come with a home warranty.
